We have never added a capability simply because it was technically feasible to do so. We have only added capabilities when we were confident that they could be delivered to the standard our clients and partners rightfully expect.
The methodological foundations of CAM Labs are deeply rooted in principles of structured inquiry, rigorous documentation, and iterative review. We approach each new engagement not as a discrete and isolated task, but as part of an ongoing and interconnected body of work. This perspective allows us to identify patterns and consistencies across engagements that might not be apparent if each project were treated in isolation.
Our methodology begins with an intake process, during which we gather all available information about the engagement, including any pre-existing documentation, prior analyses, and contextual background materials provided by the client or sourced from our internal archives. This intake process is itself documented in full, and the resulting intake record forms the first layer of the comprehensive file that will be maintained throughout the duration of the engagement.
Following intake, the engagement moves into the primary evaluation phase. During this phase, our analysts subject all available materials to a systematic and structured examination, proceeding through a series of predefined review stages, each of which is documented in its own right. The documentation produced during the primary evaluation phase is not a summary or condensation of the analysis, but a full and detailed account of every observation made, every hypothesis considered, and every conclusion reached, along with the reasoning that supports each conclusion.
Upon completion of the primary evaluation phase, the engagement enters the verification and cross-referencing stage. At this point, the findings produced during the primary evaluation are subjected to an independent review, conducted by personnel who were not involved in the original analysis. This review is designed to identify any findings that may be incomplete, inconsistent, or inadequately supported by the underlying evidence. Where such findings are identified, they are returned to the primary evaluation team for further examination and revision.
